I earned my bachelors degree in philosophy from Northwestern University and my Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California.  In law school I was the Vice President of Marketing for the Business Law Association and the Social Chair for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.  I also received the Witkin Award in Community Property.  Through my schooling, I was drawn towards the "friendly" side of practicing law and started working in estate planning and mediation. Upon graduating, I went on to earn the 120 Hour Mediation Certification through volunteering at various courthouses in Southern California. I am a proud alumni of the Justice Entrepreneurs Project, which focuses on helping low to middle income clients with legal services in Chicago, IL. I also teach law part-time at Wilbur Wright College.  My goal in all areas of my work is to assist others by providing information, assistance, and care.
